The EPI Congress 2011 will be held at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, situated just outside Washington, DC. This perfect location allows easy access to Washington, DC, and the surrounding suburbs. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and Crystal City Metro Station, both located just moments away (the Crystal City Metro Station services both the Blue and Yellow Metro lines).
Reservations are now being accepted for the congress. A limited block of rooms is being held for conference attendees at a discounted rate of $109 USD per night for single or double occupancy. The room rates will be available 3 days pre- and 3 days postconference, based on availability. We encourage you to book your rooms early, as this hotel sells out around this time of year.

- If you need to check out before your reserved checkout date, notify the front desk by one day before the new check out date. After this time, should you choose to depart earlier than the agreed-upon departure date, an early check out fee comprising one night's room and tax will be charged.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 12:00 p.m. All guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. Hotel bell staff can arrange to check baggage if you arrive early and rooms are unavailable, and on departure day.
